Loggiato 2-8 Persons

The Loggiato is a dual-apartment residence connected by a breezeway, offering two independent living spaces that can be enjoyed together as one expansive home. Accessed from the beautiful outdoor colonnade made up of 12 octagonal ancient columns, the Loggiato once served the high-ranking officers and commanders of the garrison. The outdoor tunnel leading to the entrance was originally the path for horses and carriages, where the stone pattern designed to keep carriage wheels from slipping can still be seen today.

Each apartment has its own private entrance, allowing guests to enjoy both independence and togetherness. Loggiato I opens directly onto the covered colonnade, while Loggiato II (Iride) sits just a few steps away, forming a seamless architectural ensemble that can be lived in as one generous home or as two distinct retreats.

Loggiato I

Loggiato I features three external entrances made of exquisite iron doors, each opening into the covered colonnade or loggia. Seating and tables provide options for outdoor dining al fresco or quiet, calming panoramic views of the valley and sunset below.

Inside, the apartment includes a large bedroom with an elegant canopy bed. The adjoining living room is furnished with two sofas arranged around an ancient fireplace. From here, stairs lead to an open mezzanine loft with two single beds that can be converted into one matrimonial bed. The apartment is completed with one bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchen with seating for four.

Loggiato II (Iride)

A few steps along the colonnade lead to Loggiato II, also known as Iride. This sunny and bright apartment features six windows with stunning views. The large private bedroom sits to the rear of the apartment, connected by a hallway to the living and dining area, which includes a well-equipped kitchen and seating for four. The living room is furnished with a large matrimonial pull-out sofa featuring a plush 18-inch mattress that sleeps like a bed. Together with its large bathroom with shower, the apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.

Garden & Pool Access

Guests of Loggiato I and II have access to the garden and pool through a private spiral stairway, which also leads to a large terrace shaded by a centenary fig tree, whose fruit ripen in September and are available for guests to enjoy.

The large panoramic pool is shared only with guests of Le Logge di Silvignano Historic House. One complimentary use of the Jacuzzi spa is included, with additional time available upon reservation. Welcome basket, free high-speed Wi-Fi, free air-conditioning, and bath and pool towels are provided.
