Availability and Information

Reservations are intended for full week, from saturday to saturday. A different day of arrival will be considered. We might accept a minimum 4 night reservation in the low season.

Please fill-in and send the Request for Availability form, for checking availability and ask for information.

E-mailing the Form does not oblige either you or le Logge by no means.

Reservations will be considered reconfirmed under the General Conditions shown in this website.

Prices 2010

Prices refer to 1 full week reservation. A four night reservation only will be considered in some periods of the year, price will be communicated upon request. Lowest and highest prices refer to different suite type.
For two weeks reservation and long stay, we will be glad to submit you a proposal.

Notes

1. Prices include:
   • One week accomodation for the number of persons that the reserved unit can host.
   • a welcome basket for your breakfast.
   • electricity, water and gas for the kitchen and bathroom needs.
   • access to the equipped swimming pool (in the season), for the people hosted in the Suite.
   • bedlinen, bath and pool towel, to be replaced every end of the week.
   • cleaning of the unit before arrival.
2. Prices do not include:
   • Heating upon request, from Euro 20,00 to 40,00 depending on the accomodation, a day/8 hours/unit.
   • Final cleaning, mandatory, Euro 35,00 per week the Suite Euro 50,00 per week the House of Ulysses and The Tower.
   • Additional bath towel change, upon request, Euro 20,00 double bed, Euro 13,00 single bed.
   • Additional bath towel change, upon request, Euro 10,00 per set/person and pool towel change Euro 8,00 per towel.
   • Daily cleaning of the unit, upon reservation, with 24 hours advance notice, Euro 15,00 per hour.

General Conditions

1. For confirming your reservation we require :
   • Your VISA or MASTERCARD details (card holder, 16 digits code, exp date, CCV code on the card reverse side last 3 digits) and a non refundable deposit corresponding to 30% od the reservation price
   • a pre-authorisation procedure will be processed on your credit card. Pre-authorisation is no charge.
2. Cancellation or Reservation Change policy:
   • In the event you ask us for cancellation or change of your reserved period we will do our outmost for accomodating you and try to resell the cancelled period. In such case we will be glad to refund what you have paid deducted the costs incurred.
     Otherwise, a penalty of 50% of the reservation price will be debited in case of Cancellation or Charge of the reservation within 90 days before the arrival date, 100% will be charged beyond that date.
   • No refund will be possible in case of modification of the length of the stay or advanced departure.
3. A refundable security cash deposit of Euro 300,00 will be required upon arrival
4. Check-in is due between 5,00 pm and 7,00 pm of the Saturday of arrival. Different arrival day will have to be agreed when possible.
5. Check-out is due from 8,00 to 9,30 am of the departure day.
6. Smoking is NOT permitted, but in the open common spaces.

8. Children are welcome. Parents will make sure they do not disturb the other guests.
